Why Molecular Testing Answers Questions Other Methods Cannot

How to Order Molecular Testing
Complete the Requisition
The ordering provider indicates the specific molecular assay on a signed laboratory order or requisition. Molecular assays often carry specimen requirements that differ from routine bloodwork, so confirming the collection container in advance prevents a rejected specimen and a repeat draw.
Collect the Specimen
Specimens can be collected at any of our draw stations, in your office, or at the patient's home for homebound and elderly patients.
Schedule Pickup
Practices collecting in-house schedule specimen pickup through our own courier service. Pickup schedules are built around your practice hours rather than a fixed route.
Receive Verified Results
Results are delivered securely through the clinician portal, with pathologist review where the assay calls for it. Approximately 95% of routine results are completed within 24 hours.
